You don't need to wait for one of our Mindful Movement weekends to experience an amazing retreat. At Still Earth we can customise a retreat tailored to your specific needs and goals. We specialise in couple re-ignition planning and individuals looking to maximise their full potential in life.
We are available to run our retreats for 3 days/2nights or 2 days/1 night for either one or two people. The retreats include meditation teachings, silent mindfulness walks around the lake, life coaching and guidance sessions, a yoga session (Saturday mornings only) and contemplation. Also included is accommodation at our beautiful waterfront cabins and daily breakfast for the duration of your retreat.
Each retreat is fully personalised and customisable to suit your needs and budget, below you will find an example for of what we can offer you.
Arrival at Still Earth
3:00pm - Arrive, unpack and settle in
5:00pm - Introduction session with Anthony and Andrea
6:00pm - Mindfulness and instruction for the evening
6:30pm - Dinner
7:30pm - Relax for the rest of the night with a few written exercises
Full Day with Breakfast Included
8:30am - Introduction to meditation
10:00am - Yoga session
11:00am - Lunch and free time
1:30pm - Individual coaching session each with Anthony and/or Andrea
3:00pm - Guided mindfulness walk around the beautiful lakes
4:30pm - Follow up session to allow for questions or thoughts that have arisen for you
5:30pm - Meditation
6:30pm - Dinner
7:30pm - Relaxation and written exercises in the comfort of your room or deck, watching the sunset
Departure Day with Breakfast Included
9:00am - Meditation
10:00am - Coaching session (together or individual)
12:00pm - Closing circle and departure
